Often, yes. Two things help most: a calmer region, usually the Ionian, and a catamaran instead of a monohull. A catamaran does not heel and the motion is gentler. We also keep sailing distances short, usually 2 to 3 hours per day for families. If anyone is severely affected, we will talk it through honestly before suggesting anything.
