We would rather talk you out of it than sell you the wrong one.
Most charter platforms optimise for clicks and bookings. We optimise for the right week. That means asking better questions, recommending fewer options, and being clear about what will not work.
A yacht charter is a logistics decision, not a luxury fantasy. The right region, the right boat, the right week, the right skipper — get those four things right and the rest looks after itself.
A holiday on the water is one of the best weeks a family can have — when the setup matches the people. When it does not, it can be one of the worst. The difference is almost always decided before anyone steps on board.
So we slow the process down. We ask about ages, experience, sleep, seasickness, swimmer confidence, the stuff most platforms skip. Then we recommend the smallest number of options that genuinely fit.
- We do not say "perfect."
- We do not promise weather we cannot control.
- We do not recommend boats we would not put our own family on.
- We do not push you toward August in the Cyclades because it sounds nicer.
- We do not hide costs in the small print.
A short conversation, not a sales funnel. One or two recommended setups with the reasoning written out. A clear, line-by-line quote when you ask for one. A proper briefing before you board, and a phone number that picks up during the trip.
If your group is mixed in a way the boat cannot solve. If the only week you can travel is the one we know will be uncomfortable. If sailing is not really what you want, and an island hotel would do the job better. We will say so — kindly, and with reasons.
